When I think of dried daikon tea, which is good for preventing colds during the change of seasons, I usually think of boiling leaves or fruits in hot water. However, you can make tea as much as you want with vegetables that are usually used as ingredients for making food. Representative vegetables are shiitake mushrooms and carrots. Especially dried radish, you can boil it in water and drink it as tea. You can enjoy a slightly pungent taste that you can't feel in any other car.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the dried radish slightly under running water, put it in a pot, pour enough water to soak it (1 cup) and soak it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/3
Add 4 times (4 cups) more water than the first one and boil it.
STEP 3/3
Boil for another 20 minutes and then strain.
