I failed everything and succeeded by using the microwave.

Microwave and microwave for 1 minute.

Put sugar in a bowl and crush the lumped sugars.

Don't throw away the watery sugar, but microwave it for 5 minutes to make it dry.
You can turn the watery sugar back to a fluffy texture.
