Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add flour, knead, and wash the chicken gizzard several times in water.
STEP 2/8
When the water boils in a pot, add soybean paste and soju, boil the chicken gizzard for about 5 minutes, then drain it in a sieve.

Cut it into 2~3 pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon cooking wine and mix.

Cut the onions into squares.Cut the green onion into big pieces, and chop the garlic into small pieces.Please cut the red and blue peppers, too.
Please also make the sauce for the above amount.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry onion, green onion, garlic, and red chili pepper with chicken poops. (Close the lid and stir in the middle for about 5 minutes.)
STEP 7/8
Add the sauce and stir-fry it. (Low heat)
Add sesame oil and sesame salt and mix.

Put it in a bowl.
