Cooking Steps

Wash the cut blue crabs clean and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of white wine each on the frozen shrimp and blue crabs. Cut bacon into large pieces and prepare.

Slice onions, carrots, and paprika thinly, and chop green onions into 5cm long pieces.

I used 3 packs of frozen udon noodles. Blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, dissolve it well, and wash it in cold water.

Measure and mix oyster sauce and fish sauce accordingly.

Grease a pan with grape seed oil and stir-fry minced garlic and chopped green onions to give it a flavor.

Then, stir-fry vegetables, then add bacon, shrimp, and blue crab and stir-fry over high heat.

When the crab is cooked, add the boiled noodles and sauce and mix well. If it's not enough, you can add soy sauce or oyster sauce.
