I'll trim the mushrooms left over from the holidays.
You know that you have to tear oyster mushrooms with your hands and cut off the hard bottom of the bottom, right?

Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces,

Chop up half a carrot, too.
STEP 4/13
Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water and stir-fry them.
Then it's less watery, and it's chewy and improves the texture.
When the water boils, add mushrooms and blanch them for 10 to 20 seconds
Remove and rinse in cold water and squeeze out the water.

Then the mushrooms that are out of breath

Put cooking oil in a frying pan

I'll stir-fry the carrots first.
Just until the color turns yellow.

Add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry them together.
Stir-fry it on high heat.

Add 1T of minced garlic and stir-fry together.
Stir-fry until the mushrooms are golden brown.

When the mushrooms turn yellow
Remove from heat and mix 2T of oyster sauce.
If you put too much oyster sauce, it's salty..
Please put in a moderate amount.
STEP 11/13
Lastly
Add green onions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper
Please mix it.

Stir-fried mushrooms are ready
It's simple
It's delicious..^^

Boil the mushrooms and stir-fry them
It makes the texture more firm.
It's good that it doesn't get wet.
