Soak the glass noodles first (I'm Chinese glass noodles, so I've called them for about 8 hours.)

I'm going to make the broth.

Wash the host and let it dry.

Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and wash it clean. Remove bok choy and wash it clean.

When the broth is ready, turn off the heat.

The sauce is made with a ladle of broth, 6 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 to 3 spoons of vinegar, and 2 spoons of sugar. Chili powder is made like minced seasoning by adding warm broth.

When you transfer the broth to a pot, season it with soy sauce.

Put the vegetables in first.
STEP 10/11
Then, put the meat and take it out right away.

And at the end, put in the glass noodles and eat it!!
