Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Material preparation
- I prepared a wide Chinese glass noodles with sheepskin. It's good to use sheepskin sold at large discount stores or to have a large rice noodle.

- Slice pork and shiitake mushrooms thinly and season them with seasoning ingredients
STEP 3/15
- Separate the egg yolk whites and fry the egg yolk
STEP 4/15
- Since the amount of yolk is small, add the egg whites to match the amount and fry the egg. Then you can set the amount and fry the stiff yolk not too thick.
- Cut the vegetables into 0.5cm thick pieces according to fit the length of vegetables

- Put a tablespoon of ginger in boiling water
Tip. Soju, Cheongju, and lemon juice are all possible.

- Blanch the shrimp first

- Peel the body of a squid, put a sheath in a grater, cut it in half, and chop it into 1cm thick pieces
Tip. You can take it off easily by grabbing the kitchen towel and taking it off.
- Blanch the squid right after blanching the shrimp
- Prepare blanched seafood by washing them in cold water.

- Mix with sauce ingredients Mix well so that sugar or mustard doesn't clump together
Tip. Please add more liver. Vinegar for sour taste, sugar for sweet taste

- Cut the rest of the vegetables into 0.2 to 0.3cm thick pieces

Tip. If you have chives, please add some.

- Boil the sheepskin in boiling water, rinse it in cold water, and serve it in a sieve to drain water
Tip. I soak the blood in water, but you don't have to do that's not necessary.

- Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and sesame oil and mix them together

- Put the sauce separately and put the seafood and vegetables neatly on a plate
