It looks good, tastes good, and I think it's a good food in many ways. But I think it's a food that requires a lot of hands And when I make radish roll, I put meat in it. When there's no meat, add shiitake mushrooms to make it look like meat!!! When I made it with meat seasoning, the radish wrap was definitely delicious. And even if I don't dip it in the sauce, it tastes good, so I always make it with meat or mushrooms. You can stir-fry the mushrooms in the meat seasoning as well.
