Crunchy radish kimchi without failure
The kimchi fell off I can't make kimchi because of the price of cabbage I'll replace it with kkakdugi as a last resort --;; Radish is so expensive I brought two from the mart. I put in radish kimchi

Ingredients
  • Radish
    2ea
  • salted anchovies
    1cup
  • Red pepper powder
    1.5cup
  • crushed garlic
    3T
  • chopped ginger
    3t
  • Sugar
    2T
  • plum extract
    3T
  • onion juice
    3T
  • Sesame
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut radish into cubes and marinate in thick salt
STEP 2/7
Sprinkle salt and water and marinate for 30 minutes
After about 10 minutes, flip it over
STEP 3/7
While it's being pickled, make the sauce
Anchovy sauce (1 cup), red pepper powder (1.5 cup), minced garlic (3T), minced ginger (3t)
Sugar (2T), plum juice (3T), onion juice (3T), sesame seeds (2T)
STEP 4/7
Wash the pickled radishes and drain them
STEP 5/7
on a drained radish
STEP 6/7
Add the sauce and mix it
STEP 7/7
Leave it at room temperature for a day and use the kimchi refrigerator
