Chop the onion and green onion

Put 1 tablespoon of food into the pan and stir-fry a cup of kimchi
If kimchi is covered with oil, add onions and stir-fry together

Stir-fry the onions until they are cooked

If it's not too sour, add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Since it's sour kimchi, 1 tablespoon of sugar~^^
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Add some pepper

If you stir-fry enough seasoned kimchi, the soup tastes better
Seasoned kimchi can be burned over high heat, so stir-fry it over medium and low heat
Add 500ml of rice water and boil it with the lid closed

If it's boiling, add the tuna and boil it again
Add tuna without removing oil
Don't stir it too much so that the tuna won't break

Now, I'm going to put in the green onions

Don't you crave spicy kimchi stew after eating something greasy^^
It's simple but you can cook it deliciously!

I put in the tuna oil without removing the oil, so don't put too much oil when you stir-fry it
