- Turn the mushroom upside down and peel it down with a knife
Tip. You can just use fresh mushrooms.
- Slice thickly to 0.3cm thickness after washing

- Slice bacon into 2cm thick slices

- Cut onions and bell peppers in half and chop them into 0.2cm thick pieces
Tip. Cut it in half so you can eat it with rice.

- Grease the pan a little and stir-fry green onions, minced garlic, and bacon

- When green onions and garlic are golden, stir-fry with cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, and mushrooms

- When the button is out of breath, add bell pepper and stir-fry it a bit more
Tip. Stir-fry bell peppers for a while so that they don't get too soft. If it's bland, add oyster sauce or soy sauce, and if it's salty, add a little more sugar.

- Finish with sesame oil and pepper

If you put it in a bowl with rice, it's done with bacon and mushroom rice!
1. You can use paprika instead of bell pepper. Paprika is bigger than green pepper, so please prepare less.
