Making super simple warabi mochi
I made Japanese "warabi mochi." In Korea, they call it "droplet rice cake" or "bean flour rice cake." The texture of the rice cake is really good with its sweet and savory taste.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
It's the process of making sugar syrup.
Put sugar and water in a frying pan,

Cool the mochi in cold water.

Please put it in a container and store it in the freezer for a while.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
