Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please slice the radish
STEP 2/8
Add salt and sugar and marinate for 25 to 30 minutes
STEP 3/8
Cut the green onion sideways
STEP 4/8
Chop the onions and marinate them in the middle of pickling
STEP 5/8
Squeeze the water out of the pickled radish and wipe it with a kitchen towel
STEP 6/8
Mix radish salad and onion with green onion, minced garlic, ginger juice, red pepper powder, plum syrup, vinegar, and salted shrimp, then mix with sesame oil and sesame salt
STEP 7/8
Please put it in a bowl.
STEP 8/8
This is the radish salad that I kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.It's not very wet and it's still there.
