hi^^ I received a lot of love from yesterday's mooncake recipe I made chocolate manju today! (10 chocolate doughs for 200g)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
(10 chocolate doughs for 200g)
First of all, I made the dough yesterday and didn't use it

100g of chocolate dough

I made 100g more
If you made 200g of dough, I will make almond cream.
50g of almond powder, 30 butter,
Add 1 egg yolk and 30 condensed milk, and pistachio
Mix together a little chocolate chunks!

I used chocolate chunks outside yesterday's leftover filling.
Divide 100g of dough into 20g each
Just like yesterday, I did yesterday

Put the filling on top and roll it up

I put almond cream in it

In a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius
