STEP 2/6
Add more than half a cup of milk and season with salted shrimp. Add cooking wine or rice wine to catch the fishy smell of eggs (you can skip fresh eggs)
*If you want more soft steamed eggs, put in more milk, or less than the amount of eggs

Chop the green onions into small pieces, you don't need to add them, or you can add other ingredients
STEP 5/6
Take it out of the microwave and stir it with chopsticks. If you squeeze it, add salted shrimp or salt if the milk is bland
*If you go through this process, you don't have to worry too much about seasoning at first, and you can make steamed eggs much smoother
