Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16

STEP 2/16
Strong flour, dry yeast, and skimmed milk
Put it in together and put it down three times.

Sift the flour and yeast powder
Add water, salt, sugar, and eggs and knead.

When the dough is smooth, add the butter at room temperature and knead together.
At first, the dough sticks to your hands, but if you keep kneading it, the dough won't get on your hands.

The temperature of the dough is about 27 degrees.

When you lift up the side of the dough

Second fermentation for about 15 minutes.

Roll it round and drain the gas.

Place the dough without gas in a pan and put it in the oven
Put hot water in a shallow bowl on the bottom of the oven
Second fermentation for 40 minutes.
I skipped hot water.
STEP 13/16
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees,
Add the dough.
STEP 14/16
Bake in a 190 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
I did it for 15 minutes and it looked a bit overcooked.
I'll bake it for about 13 minutes.

While the bread is being baked
The whole house smells savory
