Egg Mayo sandwich

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar to boiling water and boil 5 eggs for 15 minutes.

Mash the yolk and cover with mayonnaise and mustard three times.

Mix it well.

Chop the egg whites well.

Mix the prepared yolk and white, sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper, and mix.

Cut the bread in half and eat it in between!
When boiling eggs, add salt and vinegar to peel them gently. Also, if you roll it once or twice during boiling, the yolk is in the middle.
