Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared chicken breast that you can eat right away. Blanch raw chicken breast in boiling water and stir-fry it.
STEP 2/6
Cut the square fish cake into 3 pieces horizontally, cut the carrot into 1cm pieces, and cut or tear the chicken breast into fish cake-sized fish cakes. I'm preparing sliced green onions.
STEP 3/6
Grease the pan and stir-fry the onions first.
STEP 4/6
When onions are clear, stir-fry fish cake and chicken breast. When I added red onion, the color was very pretty throughout the stir-fry.
STEP 5/6
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of low-salt fish sauce, and 1.5 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
Add soy sauce to your liking and add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
STEP 6/6
When it's done, turn off the heat and add sesame seeds and chopped green onions and mix them evenly.
