Tamago Sando: Egg sandwich in microwave
I'm living in Japan. I was thinking about what to cook I looked at the simple recipe and made it in my own way.

  • egg
    4ea
  • the city of Honda
    4g
  • Soy sauce
    1/2TS
  • Water
    70ml
  • Mayonnaise
    1TS
  • a plain bread
    2piece

Cooking Steps

Add mayonnaise, please.

Stir it, please.

If you don't have Japanese sashimi, use mirin + sugar instead or tsuyu.

Add water, please.

Add soy sauce, please. If you use too much soy sauce, it will taste good, but the color will change too much. ^^ Be careful.

Place in a bread-sized transparent container.

Microwave and stir for 1 minute.
It could be steamed eggs^^

In 3 minutes in the microwave, cut the bread.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on bread.

It's hot, so be careful^^

Shape into squares with cooking foil and let cool for 2-3 minutes. It's shaped.

It's done. It's hard to make this taste in a microwave oven within 15 minutes, right? ^^
1) You can add milk in addition to water. 2) When I microwave it, I covered it with plastic wrap. Make sure to check in between. It swells up too much.
