Sweet and salty cookies are made by adding salty Parmesan cheese powder to the savory and sweet cookie dough^^ It's delicious with milk, and it's really delicious with beer!!! *Diameter 3.5cm star shape for 30 pieces.

  • unsalted butter
    60g
  • Sugar
    30g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Soft flour
    100g
  • Parmesan cheese powder
    35g
  • parsley powder
    2tsp

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place soft butter in bowl and gently beat. Then add sugar and mix well.
STEP 2/7
Add the yolk and mix well.
STEP 3/7
Put the flour and Parmesan cheese powder through a sieve and just add the parsley powder.
STEP 4/7
Mix it with a spatula and lightly lump it together when it becomes fluffy.
STEP 5/7
Wrap the finished dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 6/7
When the tissue is finished, push the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm and dip it into the cookie mold of your choice.
STEP 7/7
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 160.
