One side dish every day. Stir-fried potato with enoki mushrooms
Top mushrooms are inexpensive and have many events, so they are always filled in the refrigerator. I added one side dish with stir-fried enoki mushroom and potato stir-fried with potato to add chewy texture.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel and shred 2 regular-sized potatoes and soak them in water for a while to remove the starch.
STEP 2/6
Then wash it under running water and drain it through a sieve
STEP 3/6
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a heated pan and chop the prepared potato salad and 1/2 onion finely and stir-fry together.
STEP 4/6
When the potatoes and onions are stir-fried transparently, cut off the bottom, add a bag of enoki mushrooms that have been peeled off, and stir-fry evenly

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, stir-fry, season, and...

Lastly, add 2 finely slanted cheongyang peppers and add a little salt and pepper for the lack of seasoning.
