Sweet shrimp baguette bread
I made a baguette that was a hit at a famous bakery in Mokpo. Mix dried shrimp and pickles with mustard and mayonnaise, and it's a really delicious baguette

  • dried shrimp
    30g
  • Mustard
    100g
  • Mayonnaise
    100g
  • Xylose sugar
    100g
  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Grind dried shrimp finely in a grinder.
STEP 2/8
Please grind the pickles to a point where they can be chewed.
STEP 3/8
Put ground shrimp and ground pickles in a bowl.
STEP 4/8
Add mustard and mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 5/8
Add sugar and honey, and stir it. Then, the sauce is done
STEP 6/8
Spread the sauce over the welcome baguette.

Combine two baguette to make it look like a sandwich.

Cut it into bite-sized pieces
For those who don't like baguette, it would be great to put it in bread or morning bread. The scent of shrimp spreads out and it's so delicious.
