Soak dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes and wash it.

Cut soaked seaweed into salty and easy to eat. Cut tofu into small rectangular squares

Add garlic and seaweed, add perilla oil, and stir-fry. Until the moisture and perilla oil in the seaweed are gone (low heat)

Add water and boil it over high heat

Add soy sauce and fish sauce. If you add a little bit of dasida, it tastes better. (If you don't add it all again, vegetable broth is good.) When it boils over high heat, medium heat

Boil the seaweed for about 20 minutes and add tofu
STEP 7/8
Add tofu and boil it for 2 to 3 more minutes.
STEP 8/8
Enjoy your meal.
It's good to stir-fry seaweed a lot over low heat.
