Prepare the ingredients.

1 cup raw bean powder, 2+1/2 cups peeled perilla powder, 2/3 cups glutinous rice powder
Put 2T of salt and 3 cups of water and fold.

Prepare chopped green onions, put them on top.

Put 3 cups of chicken broth in an earthen pot and boil the broth over high heat

When the broth boils, add 1 cup of perilla seed sauce and boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Make sure to add perilla seed sauce after the chicken broth boils!
Otherwise, the taste becomes dry and lumpy

Put the boiled chicken in an earthen pot and boil it for another 30 seconds.

If you boil two in a pot, not in an earthen pot,
Add 6 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of perilla seed sauce.
