First, boil enough beef bone broth in a pot.It would be better to use all the broth as beef bone in the soup, but if you don't have much beef bone, you can mix it with water.I had enough, so I only used beef bone broth to boil it.

We're going to parboil it. I bought the blanched one at the mart. If it is before blanching, wash it clean, blanch it in boiling water for about 5 minutes, quickly move to cold water, rinse it, and squeeze the water. And cut it into pieces to make it easier to eat. Prepare green onions by slicing them, and soak beef in water to drain the blood.

I'm going to make the sauce now. 2 spoons of soybean paste / 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder / 1 spoon of minced garlic / 1/2 spoon of sesame oil / Mix the seasoning of pepper to the bowl well
