Making simple beer and coffee peanuts
You've heard of the word "peanut" at least once, right? Literally, peanuts that you eat as snacks when you's bored and bored. It means a light snack with a feeling of nothing more or less. But the USDA even called peanuts the king of nuts. This is because it is a valuable food that takes care of the health of the common people because it has good nutrients and is cheap. Of course, recently, more and more people are allergic to peanuts, so you should be careful about eating and cooking, but peanuts are definitely the best nuts unless you have a special allergic reaction. Today, we're going to do a simple snack recipe with these peanuts. It is made with fresh espresso shots, so the taste is deeper and richer.

STEP 2/9
I used roasted peanuts today. I will use the peeled one to complete the cooking quickly and easily. If it is difficult to extract shots, use about 2 bags of commercially available espresso coffee mix to make double shots and use it as an alternative. The double shot is about 80mL.
STEP 3/9
I'll extract the double shot espresso.
STEP 4/9
Add the extracted espresso with sugar and salt and simmer over medium heat. Do not stir until the sugar is completely melted and boils. When it boils to a certain concentration, add peanuts, mix well, and turn off the heat. You can make more delicious coffee peanuts with salt.
STEP 5/9
It burns easily in the remaining heat in the pan, so stir well after removing from the heat for about 3 minutes, and finally add the butter and let cool once.
STEP 6/9
Remove from heat completely and let cool for about 10 minutes. It's better to stir it once or twice in the middle.
STEP 7/9
Place on a wrapped platter and cool at room temperature for about an hour until the peanut surface hardens. You have to spread it out wide and evenly to make it crispy and not soggy. You can prevent sticking to the bowl by covering it with plastic wrap. I'm done making coffee peanuts that are thicker and tastier with this shot! It's a simple recipe for making snacks, right?
STEP 8/9
The crispy outer coffee sugar allows you to feel the pleasant texture first, and it is also good as a snack that melts in your mouth and wakes up the sweet scent and taste. It's a snack that you can enjoy with a deeper and more fragrant flavor by adding a shot. I'd like to recommend it as a side dish for beer.
STEP 9/9
Today, I completed a simple snack making recipe and coffee peanut making at home with you. You can make it using a regular coffee mix, so it would be good to enjoy it as a homemade snack like a snack. Enjoy your day! :)
1) Finish with butter and add flavor. 2) Add salt to fill the boredom.

I think salt really determines the taste. I couldn't feel the concentration of sugar, but it was watery when I put in peanuts. You have to wait until it's quite thick. I don't know if it's because there's a lot of coffee in it, but it's still a luxurious coffee peanutThank you for the recipe!
