My neighbors, how are you? The weather has gotten quite cool now, so I think it's perfect for side dishes. Thanks to the cool weather, I didn't sweat and worked hard to make side dishes. If you season it with salted shrimp with zucchini stir-fried shrimp, which is one of our favorite side dishes, you always use salted shrimp because it is cleaner than salt and better to season.

Ingredients

Young squash

Cooking Steps: STEP 1/5

Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes to make it easy to eat, sprinkle about half a spoonful of salt, and marinate it for about 10 minutes. If you soak it in salt like this, it doesn't make water and cuts the liver well, so I always do this process.

STEP 2/5

And sliced onions and sliced green onions.

STEP 3/5

After 10 minutes, when the pumpkin is well marinated, put half a spoon of sesame oil in the pan and stir-fry the onions first.And when the onion becomes transparent, add pumpkin and stir-fry it together.

Add 1/2 spoon of minced garlic and 1/3 spoon of salted shrimp.Add 1/3 spoon of salted shrimp at first, and if you don't have enough seasoning, add more.We put about half a spoon in it, but it was salted once, so it wasn't bland because it was seasoned!!

Lastly, add green onions and stir-fry them. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
