Cooking Steps

Mix the seasoning well. (5 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 large green onion, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sesame, a little pepper)
STEP 2/5
Cut the forelimbs into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the sauce for 20 minutes.
