  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash the bean sprouts clean. Put it right in the pan and heat it with the lid on. There's water on it when you wash it, and if you cook it with the moisture of the ingredients themselves, it's much more nutritious. *Gas stove- 7 minutes on low heat *Induction- 7 minutes on 7 levels

Prepare vegetables for garnish while blanching bean sprouts. Just a little bit.

It's well blanched. I'm going to drain some water and season it right away in the pan. It's good to put the poured water in the soup or stew.

First, mix bean sprouts with 1T of sesame oil. If you use oil first, even a little salt will make it taste good.

* Blanching vegetables in water will cause much greater nutrient destruction. *It's crunchy even if you don't rinse it in cold water after blanching. *100cc is enough to add water.
