STEP 1/8
Cut the chicken leg meat from the bones, skin, and fat into bite-sized pieces, mix it with all the seasoning ingredients, and marinate it. (It's good to fry it after an hour, but it's good to fry it after 10 minutes.)
STEP 2/8
Add starch and flour and mix well before frying.
STEP 3/8
It looks like a chicken dressed evenly. Frying clothes don't have to be thick. They tell me to add eggs if I want to make it soft, but I like crispy, so I do it like this.
STEP 4/8
It's fried like this when I throw the dough into the oil. Now add the chicken one by one.
STEP 5/8
It doesn't take long to fry either, like 2 minutes. I like to fry twice. It gets crispier.
STEP 6/8
When you walk, take out the oil when it is cooked evenly. We don't need any more seasoning because we marinated it in advance.
STEP 7/8
I made the sauce by mixing the ingredients at home. Sour cream, mayonnaise and honey are mixed 1:1:1, and salt and parsley are added little by little. A sweet and savory sauce was made.
STEP 8/8
Fried chicken is delicious when you eat it with cold beer!
Instead of 2 spoons of soy sauce, I put 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of tsuyu just in case, but I don't think it's much different
