STEP 1/14
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/14
Prepare the bread by cutting it into 1cm wide x 1cm long.
STEP 3/14
Place the cut bread in a dry pan and bake over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/14
If the outside of the bread feels hard, that's all it matters!!!
The shape of the bread is pretty so that it doesn't have a color, so it's baked over medium heat for a long time.
STEP 5/14
Place well-baked bread on a sieve and shake off the bread crumbs.
STEP 6/14
Put sugar and water in a pan and melt it over high heat.
STEP 7/14
When the sugar is all melted, lower it to medium heat and melt the butter.
STEP 8/14
If the butter is all melted, add milk.
STEP 9/14
Keep stirring over medium heat and simmer until caramel-colored.
STEP 10/14
If there's a caramel color, turn the heat down to low.
STEP 11/14
Put the bread you baked earlier into the caramel sauce and stir-fry it quickly on low heat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 12/14
Spread the caramel sauce evenly on the bread.
STEP 13/14
Please put foil or paper on the tray.
STEP 14/14
Pour the bread popcorn into a tray and cool it down, and it's done!
When making caramel sauce, you have to keep stirring over medium heat so that it doesn't burn and is sweet.
After adding sugar and water, do not stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. It's not good because sugar crystals are formed.
You have to bake bread in a dry pan for about 10 minutes to make it crispy and delicious.
