Making savory black bean sesame bread

Cooking Steps

Prepare black beans soaked in water by grinding them finely by adding them with boiled water.

Add all ingredients except grape seed oil and knead. When lumped together, add grape seed oil and make a soft dough. I took out the baking machine after a long time and returned it to the dough course. Since black beans are ground, the toughness may vary depending on the environment. Adjust the amount of water according to the environment.

Place the finished dough in a bowl and ferment it at room temperature. If you inflate by 2.5 times, fermentation is complete.

After the first fermentation, the dough is well rounded and covered with wet cotton cloth and ferment for about 10 minutes.
