Tear 3 rows of crab sticks with your hands
Slice 1/4 onions, and slice 6 garlic
Cut the chives into 2~3cm long pieces.

Put 2 cooking oil in a pan and cut garlic
Stir-fry over low heat so that it doesn't burn.

Add crab meat and onions and stir-fry them.

When the onion becomes transparent, add sliced chives

Pour in 1 cup of anchovy kelp stock.
If you don't have broth, you can add bottled water.

Add cooking wine 1 and season.

When the ingredients are boiling, lower the heat
Mix 0.5 starch and 1 water in a bowl.
Then, add starch water little by little
Boil it while controlling the concentration.
* If you add starch water at once, you might lose
Put it in little by little
and cook as you mix them

Add salt and pepper for the last season.
