Stir-fried Sausage + Glass Noodles (Sausage + Glass Noodles) Dig
I've been digging up the refrigerator for a few days, but I don't have that anymore, so I'm digging up home food now. LOL I ate most of the ingredients I have today, so I think I should go to the mart tomorrow. I only went to the mart once this week, so there's nothing to eat... I find ingredients all over the house and cook. Can the refrigerator be this empty? It's so empty, the ingredients you buy and don't eat, and the ingredients in the refrigerator are organized, so it's clear what's in our house and what's needed. I write down the list I need when I go to the mart, but sometimes I go without thinking, so I buy more ingredients, but I can only buy ingredients that I don't have tomorrow. I thought I shouldn't go to the mart while cooking, but I didn't have to. I did a great job of taking pictures for five hours today. Trembling... After playing for a few days, there's a lot of work to do... Then I rummaged about what to eat for dinner and found glass noodles and sausages... What should I do with this? I was thinking about stir-frying it, and I made stir-fried sodang. It's stir-fried sausage and glass noodles. Sodang doesn't look good, so I'll call it sodang in strong pronunciation.

Ingredients
  • Vienna sausage
  • Cellophane noodles
  • onion
  • leek
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • perilla oil
  • Sesame
  • ground pepper
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
You don't have to soak the glass noodles because they're going to be boiled, but I put them in to reduce the cooking time.
I used 100g of glass noodles.
STEP 2/12
The Vienna sausage gave me a sheath. If the cut doesn't go in, it spreads. If there's a sheath, it cooks quickly inside.
STEP 3/12
I prepared 1/2 large onions and shredded them a little less than the onions they sell.
I was thinking about adding mushrooms, but I didn't. I wanted to make the ingredients simple.
STEP 4/12
Cook the noodles soaked in boiling water and let them cool with cold water.
STEP 5/12
I put oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the onions first. As the onion is cooked, it tastes sweet and delicious, so I stir-fried it until it is yellowish.
STEP 6/12
I put in the sausage and when the cut is slightly open, I put in a lot of green onions. There's no regular recipe. I just made it my way. If you're a good cook, you'll probably ask what kind of food this is. LOL
STEP 7/12
I seasoned the glass noodles first. When you make japchae, it's delicious when the noodles are seasoned. I added 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of perilla oil.
STEP 8/12
I think it's good even if you eat it without putting anything in it's. LOL When a child cooks noodles when he or she is young, he or she mixes them with soy sauce. The glass noodles are good too...
STEP 9/12
The sausages also opened their mouths and turned off the lights.
STEP 10/12
I turned off the gas stove right now. I put in the glass noodles and put in a lot of pepper.
STEP 11/12
It's bland when I taste it. I added soy sauce, perilla oil, and sesame seeds to suit my taste.
STEP 12/12
I turned on the heat and stir-fried it. Sausage and glass noodles were better than I thought. I liked japchae, so it hit my mouth. I made a menu called stir-fried sodang without a lot of ingredients.
