Making Raspberry Ice Cream
There's a bit of raspberry puree left, so I made this ice cream with raspberry puree. There's a bit of Oreo powder left, so I added a little bit of Oreo powder at the end. I remember eating it refreshingly. A refreshing memory! Let's make raspberry ice cream

  • lemon juice

Cooking Steps

Add sugar to raspberry puree, mix well, add milk and mix well with a whisk.

Add lemon juice and whipped cream and mix well.
STEP 3/3
Put the finished ice cream liquid in the ice cream maker and heat it for about 20 minutes. You can put the finished ice cream in an airtight container and freeze it in the freezer before you eat it. Ice cream from the freezer can be hard because it doesn't contain additives. Then microwave it for about 30 seconds, melt it slightly, and you can enjoy it soft and cool.
