Hello? Rice is national power. Siraegi is a dried radish and recycled radish from making kimchi, and nowadays it is popular as a well-being food (by the way, dried cabbage leaves) because it is a food rich in fiber, calcium, and iron as well as liver cancer. The dietary fiber of Siraegi prevents the absorption of glucose and cholesterol, which is good for diabetes, arteriosclerosis, constipation, and helps diet. Today, I'm going to make a soup with dried radish greens.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Get the ingredients ready. Shred the onion, slice the green onion sideways, and slice the cheongyang pepper round.

STEP 3/9
Shred raw shiitake mushrooms. I used dried shiitake mushrooms because there were no raw shiitake mushrooms. If you add a little sugar to the mushroom, it can get soaked quickly.
STEP 4/9
It's good to put kelp in cold water and make it overnight. Put it in the refrigerator in summer.
STEP 5/9
Boil the boiled kelp stock in a pot. Remove the kelp as soon as it boils. The kelp produces sticky alginic acid and the soup becomes murky.
STEP 6/9
Mix the sauce with 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoon of soybean paste, 2 tablespoon of red pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 4 tablespoon of red pepper powder. Please refer to my blog for the super-simple microwave-made chili oil.

When the kelp broth boils, add dried radish greens and shiitake mushrooms and boil them. Add the sauce and boil for 10 minutes.

Add onion salad, green onion, and cheongyang pepper, and add bean sprouts, cover, and cook. The point is to boil the bean sprouts so that they are not cooked too well.
