Braised Pork and Potatoes
I put pork in the potatoes and made a different kind of boiled food. I think it's a potato stew that children would like if you cook without Cheongyang red pepper.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove seeds and shred red and cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 2/8
Add the above amount of seasoning, mix and season the pork.
STEP 3/8
Cut the potatoes in half, cut them into 6 pieces, and soak them in water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry potatoes
STEP 5/8
When the potato becomes transparent, add the pork and stir-fry it. (1 to 2 minutes)

When the color of the pork is gone, pour the sauce and cook (About 8 to 10 minutes)

Add Jiyeon red pepper and Cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry them.Add sesame oil and mix it

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame salt.
