  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Process not pictured - Tofu is dehydrated using cotton cloth, etc / Pickle cucumbers in salt for a while and squeeze them out
Stir-fry tofu in a dry pan to remove moisture, then stir-fry brewed soy sauce, onion enzyme, minced garlic, etc

Add pickled cucumbers and stir-fry lightly

Turn off the heat and put sesame oil on it
