STEP 1/7
If you soak it for more than an hour and drain enough blood, it will not smell like meat, so make sure to drain the blood.
STEP 2/7
First, put the beef in cold water and remove the foam when it boils.
STEP 3/7
If there is foam, remove it, put all the other ingredients, lower the heat, and let it simmer for an hour.
STEP 4/7
Cut the radish into 3 pieces and dip the onion in half! Cut the green onions roughly and put them in. Dried shiitake mushrooms have more vitamin D than raw shiitake mushrooms, so it's good for making broth.
STEP 5/7
After boiling it on low heat for an hour, the color of the soup got quite dark, right? When I tasted it, the meat broth had onions, so it was slightly sweet and the taste of radish was good. Remove the vegetables, cool the meat, remove the fat, and chop it into small pieces. If the beef broth is oily, remove it and divide it as much as you need.
STEP 6/7
There's a soup pack these days. I still put it in the breast milk storage pack. After mincing the beef into small pieces, you can add the amount of beef you need to boil once with the broth in the broth pack. You can put it in a cube case and freeze it.
STEP 7/7
If you put it in like this, it's good that the beef minced doesn't dry on the surface. I divided it into two ways.
