STEP 1/7
Soak the pangelatin in cold water for at least 10 minutes.

Add 200ml of milk + 200ml of whipped cream + 55g of sugar and bring to a boil

When the sugar melts, squeeze the soaked pangelatin and simmer for another 5 minutes and cool slightly.

Place a filter and pour it into a dessert cup.

Let it harden in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

Prepare a new skillet, add peaches, 40g of sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
STEP 7/7
After 3 hours, remove the hardened one from the refrigerator and decorate it with cooled peaches
