Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I bought two layers of sweet potato soup and peeled it off.
We had side dishes for the sweet potato smoothie...The rest is made with pure sweet potato kimchi.

STEP 2/8
You have to marinate the sweet potato sprouts first.
Sweet potato sprouts are only 500g.I did my best...lol
I poured enough water to cover the sweet potato sprouts, and it was only 1 liter.
Add 3 tablespoons of thick salt to 1 liter of water.
Stir the salt to dissolve well, add the sweet potato sprouts, and pickle it.
It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to make enough pickles.
As long as you bend the sweet potato and it doesn't break!

You can just add red pepper powder and make kimchi, but you can add red pepper and grind it

Cut the chives into bite-size pieces.
If the chives are too thick, split them into two or three parts.
STEP 5/8
Add red pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger and grind them.
Add 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp and grind it together.
Add onions and salted shrimp, so it's easy to grind well.
You can grind it finely...It doesn't matter if you grind it roughly.

Wash the pickled sweet potatoes in running water for about 30 minutes
Shake off the water, put it in a bowl, and add the chives.
Season with red pepper powder, plum extract, and fish sauce.
I don't care about fish sauce or anchovy sauce.
I'll use choppy fish sauce
And make sure to add half a tablespoon of sugar.
That way, it will be cooked deliciously.
