STEP 1/9
[Preparing ingredients]
First, trim the vegetables.
Chop the onion into big pieces. Chop the carrot (one) up and down.
Slice green peppers (3-4) and red peppers (2) sideways, and chop green onions (1 unit) into 5cm long pieces.
* I only put 1/2 onions, 1/2 carrots, and 2 green peppers.
I didn't have red pepper, so I couldn't put it in _
STEP 2/9
Cut the rice cake into small pieces. Prepare 10 whole garlic.
*I don't have garaetteok, so I replaced tteokbokki. I didn't have a lot of garlic, so I prepared it in half.
STEP 3/9
[Touching the octopus]
Put thick salt in the octopus, rub it tightly like washing the laundry, and rinse it cleanly with water.
(You can add flour instead of salt and rub it gently.) ^^)
STEP 4/9
[Making the sauce]
Add 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 1-2 tablespoons of water and mix them well to make a sauce.
STEP 5/9
Blanch the cut octopus lightly in boiling water for about 3 seconds.
Rinse it in cold water and drain it through a sieve.
STEP 6/9
Put blanched octopus, 6-7 tablespoons of minced garlic, and pre-made sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Add chopped onions, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, and 4-5 large spoons of red pepper powder and mix well one more time.
STEP 7/9
All I have to do is stir-fry it.
You have to stir-fry it within 10 minutes so that the octopus doesn't get tough!
Put the seasoned octopus in a preheated pan and stir-fry it quickly over high heat. (Cooking oil x)
Add rice cake and garlic and stir-fry them and add some water. (I put in about a cup.)
And then add the green onions
STEP 8/9
If you think the stir-fried octopus is almost done, taste it.
Add brewed soy sauce and sugar to suit your taste. :)
Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and mix them well, and the recipe for stir-fried octopus with Sumine's side dishes is complete!
STEP 9/9
Sumine's side dish, stir-fried octopus. You can taste spicy and spicy just by looking at it
