How to make patbingsu at home
I'm going to introduce how to make shaved ice at the end of summer. I boiled red beans all summer at home and made and ate shaved ice with my family. Let me introduce you how to make patbingsu at a house that is not too sweet.

  • Sugar
    1+1/4cup
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Wash the red beans and soak them in water for about an hour.
STEP 2/14
Pour enough water to soak the red beans in the soaked red beans and boil it over high heat.
When the red bean water boils, pour the red bean water out.

Pour red beans and 8 cups of water into a pot and boil over high heat again.
