STEP 1/7
It doesn't have that much capacity, but I think it would come out at least 11 sheets if I made it with kimchi. If you look at the back, it also says how to make it in detail. I measure the water with a cup and let you know. I made potato pancakes with potato pancake mix, and it was quite thick. So I added a little more water to the potato pancake..It wasn't. I think it's right to do it as it is written here.
STEP 2/7
I heard that it tastes better with kimchi in Ottogi bean pancake mix, so I washed the kimchi once, squeezed the water, and sliced it.
STEP 3/7
I added salt to the bean pancake mix for a bit of seasoning. Then add water and stir well so that it doesn't get wet.
STEP 4/7
And mix it well with the green onions and kimchi. It seems that the concentration spreads a little as kimchi goes in, but it becomes thick quickly. I think it's because of starch from beans. The dough feels quite thick.
STEP 5/7
The dough is definitely thick. It also feels dry. Now heat the pan, put enough oil on it, scoop it with a ladle, and put it on the pan one by one. Add enough oil in between. That way, you can make it crispy without sticking.
STEP 6/7
It would be better if you put the sliced red pepper on top when you fry it. It's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and savory bean pancakes are fried. First, remove the oil.
STEP 7/7
Put it on a plate. If you put the soy sauce together, the bean pancake of Ottogi's super-simple bean pancake mix is completed. I like the savory bean pancake with crunchy kimchi
