It was good that I added 3.5 spoons of soy sauce after reading the review of salty food. I use Sam Pyo 701. Each soy sauce has a different salinity, so please refer to it. I love mushrooms, but this recipe was just that. It's weird because the mushroom scent is mixed with butter. Was the problem with the use of flavored butter. Also, if you cut it thick, you have to cut it tough and bake it. If you slice it thinly, it's salty. It's similar to grilled eggplant, but butter wasn't intrusive, but I found that butter can be intrusive in fragrant mushrooms.
