Grape Syrup
It's grape syrup in the middle of grape jam and grape juice. Making it is almost like making grape jam. I drink it with mineral water or carbonated water It's good to sprinkle it on your quince yogurt

Ingredients
  • grape
  • Sugar
  • Oligosaccharide
  • lemon juice
  • Flour
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Remove grains of grapes, coat them with flour, wash them clean, and drain them
STEP 2/9
Boil grapes in a pot
*In this process, sugar is added and boiled, but it is not added to obtain 100% undiluted grape juice
STEP 3/9
Sift the boiled grapes lightly through a sieve to obtain 100% grape juice
STEP 4/9
*If you cool this undiluted solution and drink it as it is, it becomes 100% pure original grape juice

Crush the rest of the grapes as if squeezing them to make juice

Put it back in a pot and boil it over low heat, then add the grape juice extracted first

Add sugar and simmer gently:
Put the amount of sugar in the same amount as the grapes
