How to cook Soy Bean Paste Stew deliciously
It's a simple and easy way to make doenjang-jjigae deliciously^^ It's good enough without pork or beef If you boil it with only vegetables, you can enjoy soybean paste stew neatly and savoryly There's no recipe like doenjang-jjigae when you organize the leftover vegetables in the refrigerator^^

  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8

Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/8
Put the radish in the water and boil it
I'm going to mix two tablespoons of soybean paste

When it boils up, put in the potatoes first and boil it

Add tofu and mushrooms when vegetables are almost ready and bring to a boil
