STEP 1/8
Remove the skin of the sweet potatoes and cut them into appropriate sizes
(I don't use the skin because it's messy)

Pour enough oil~
(To the point where the sweet potatoes are submerged)

If you fry it, the sweet potatoes will turn golden
Flip it over and check the status

Take out the sweet potatoes when they're golden~~
Remove all the fried sweet potatoes and place them on a kitchen towel to remove the oil slightly.
(I was waiting with kitchen towel on the plate in advance.)

Pour the sweet potatoes into the frying pan
Add 1.5 spoons of oil, sugar, and honey that fried sweet potatoes
Please mix it

When the sugar is all melted, add the oligosaccharide.
When the oligosaccharide comes up, add black sesame seeds and almond slice
(Excluding cinnamon powder)
STEP 7/8
Now turn off the heat and add a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix.

Put it in a bowl and it's done!
If you don't have sesame, almonds, peanuts, or cinnamon powder, you can skip it!
If you put it in, the mattang tastes much better!!!!!
If you add a little bit of cinnamon powder.. Tasteful? It has the same effect!! Sweet and savory?? Hahaha
