Mango pineapple ade to forget the heat
I often drink cold drinks in the heat. I made a bean pot at home and made mango pineapple ade. It's a sweet ade where you can chew the pulp.

  • Mango

- Cut mango and pineapple into big pieces
STEP 3/10
- Put mango, pineapple, and sugar in a pot and cook over medium heat
STEP 4/10
- Cook over low heat when it starts to boil
Tip. Keep stirring until finished so that it doesn't stick to the floor.
- When the soup boils down, add lime juice

- If it's a bit more watery than jam, the bean pot is done!

- Place half a teaspoon of the finished beanpot in an ice tray
Tip. If you freeze it in half, you can drink it from beginning to end so that it doesn't taste bland.

I made it with a commercial blueberry bean pot. You can make the blueberry bean pot like the one above. Adjust the amount of sugar to suit your taste.

- If you pour in sparkling water, mango pineapple ade is complete!
1. You can pour Sprite instead of sparkling water. 2. You can prepare 1:1 sugar, but mango and pineapple are fruits with high sugar content, so I cut them in half. Make blueberries 1:1. 3. You can eat it in yogurt, spread it on bread, or put it on fruit shaved ice.
