Frozen cockle cucumber-flavored pepper bibimbap
I made bibimbap with cockles boiled and frozen in winter and crispy cucumber-flavored peppers.

  • cockle
    1cup
  • chili
    1ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Lettuce
    2~3piece
  • Red pepper
    1/4ea
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Red pepper paste
    1~2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • sesame salt
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Pour water into the frozen cockle and leave it for a while. When it's defrosted, take it out on the sieve
STEP 2/4
Put water in a pot and when it boils, blanch slightly and drain on a sieve.
STEP 3/4
Shred the lettuce and onion, chop the red pepper, and slice the cucumber-flavored pepper diagonally.
STEP 4/4
Onion shreds and cucumber-flavored peppers on the finished grout.Put lettuce, blanched cockles, and red pepper.Put red pepper paste with vinegar and sesame oil. (Or put rice together)
Please put a bowl of rice separately.
